Mr. David Williams of 188 Hilliard Blvd., Vance died on Monday, November 2, 2015 at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, SC.

Mr. David Williams, son of the late Thomas and Janie Shaw Williams was born February 20, 1958.

David was a lifelong member of Rock Hill AME Church where he accepted Jesus as his personal savior. David graduated from Roberts High School in 1976.

David was employed as a truck driver for Thompson Trucking Company for 17 years. His life career passion was driving trucks. He had over 30 years of driving experience.

David is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Janie Shaw Williams. His mother-in-law, Mary Lee Collier, grandson, Quentin L. Brown, and one brother Lewis Williams.

David leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife, Mary Ann Collier Williams of the home; children Deidre Williams, David (Wanda) Williams, Britney Williams, Thomas Williams, Natasha Collier and Keenan Brown; his father-in-law, Henry Collier, and 5 grandchildren; siblings Matline Williams, Curtis (Irene) Williams, Mahalia Williams, and Robbie L. Williams; one sister-in-law, Dorothy Williams and a host of nephews and nieces.

Funeral services for Mr. Williams will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Rock Hill AME Church, 405 Rock Hill Rd.,Vance, SC with Rev. Robert L. Morris, Pastor officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation at Williams Funeral Home of Elloree is scheduled Friday, November 6, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
